Nobuntu Recruitment builds relationships with its Clients this assists us with matching the Candidate with our Clients. From this stand point we can assess the Clients environment, the team the individual will be working with and the person they will be reporting too. Our mind set is on our reputation within the industry and do not want to be seen as an agency that just provides a Candidate for the sake of filling the position. We want to make sure that the candidate placed, is going to be at our Client for a long time. This not only gives us a reputable mention within the market place, but also puts our Client and Candidate at ease.

Discussing with our Clients, market trends, salaries, and supply and demand within the trade, our Clients are well informed of the expectation of the Candidates, and are not wasting time going through dozens of resumes that do not match their job specifications. By completing a comprehensive job specification with our Clients we are aware of their requirements. When we do not have the correct criteria for our Client on our extensive database, Nobuntu will advertise either through Internet, Print, Networking with other Candidates or other Agencies with similar skills to uphold our commitment to our Client.

Candidates are called into Nobuntu’s offices and interviewed according to our Clients specifications. On request from the Client comprehensive ITC, Criminal and Qualification checks are completed. A short list of the three top Candidates are then submitted through to our Clients. It is then to the Clients discretion which Candidate they wish to interview. Nobuntu’s representative will then set up an interview that suits both the Client and the Candidate. We then assist the Client with the offer stage and the Candidate with the resignation stage, ensuring a smooth transitional process. Follow ups are done thereafter to ask the Client whether he or she is content with the New Candidate, and follow up with the Candidate to find out if they have settled into their new position. We offer a guarantee to our Client that should they not be satisfied, that we will replace the Candidate within the first 90-day period. By facilitating and developing with our Clients and Candidates we create long and mutually beneficial partnerships.
